Summit County Community And Senior Center: Mountain Meals on Wheels information provided by: Northwest Colorado Council of Governments

The mission of Mountain Meals on Wheels is to provide nutritious home-delivered meals to adults of any age who are homebound and unable to prepare their own meals due to health issues.

Meals are delivered by volunteers on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and will be delivered to your home around 12:15pm.

Meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen located at the Summit County Community & Senior Center. Meals are delivered in insulated bags to ensure a safe temperature is maintained.

Fees:
Mountain Meals on Wheels fees are $3-$5 based on a sliding scale determined by income levels. A scholarship program is available upon request.

Eligibility Requirements:
